Evening - back with another Fitness Belfast Fitness Friday for Friday, the weekend, next week, whenever you feel like!

This was filmed in Ormeau Park when the weather was gorgeous a few weeks ago… today… eh… not so much… but anyhow, here we are with a plank based workout you can just as easily get into in your living room as in the rain.

Super simple, no-equipment, 4 plank variations featuring:

  • Plank Jogging

  • Plank Walks

  • Squat Thrusts

  • Lizard Lunges

Give each exercise a try for 30 secs, and repeat 2 to 3 times for a 15 minute fantastic Fitness Belfast Fitness Friday!
