Yes it's a bit windy & freezin at the minute (my hat was not coming off for love nor money) but here's some ideas for a 5 station workout for indoors or to warm you up outdoors this weekend featuring... 

  • Jogging On The Spot

  • Down Dog Push Ups

  • Plank Walks

  • Side Planks

  • Jack Knives

I love getting outside for some fresh air and daylight - especially at this time of year! The Titanic Quarter is one of my favourite 'wee' walks – perfect if you don't have much time, it's not far and there's tea. 

Give each exercise a try for 30 secs, and repeat 2 to 3 times for a 15 minute Fantastic Fitness Belfast Fitness Friday - have a great weekend - enjoy!
