5 Reasons To LOVE Yoga For Beginners On Zoom!
On the fence about zoom yoga, or just yoga in general? Well here’s my top 5 reasons to give my Yoga for Beginners programme a go – I think you’ll LOVE it!
1 - No experience? No problem!
Doesn’t matter if you’re a yogi beginner, or certified yogi ninja, our classes focus on strength building accessible postures everyone can enjoy! I’ve even been awarded Yoga Provider of the Year, so you know you’re in safe hands :)
2 - Beer yoga / dog yoga / family yoga ALL IN ONE!
Crack a beer beside your mat, grab the kids, dog, cat, (there’s even been a ferret), and start to flow! You’re on zoom so who cares! Create an environment for everyone to enjoy.
3 - Wear whatever you like!
Camera on or camera off, practice in your PJs or full fancy Lulu Lemon or Sweaty Betty ‘Gary’ yoga gear ? Choice is yours. Whatever makes you comfy!
4 - Catch up whenever you like!
All classes on our Yoga For Beginners programme are recorded and uploaded to a dedicated online portal (and remain there for the full 8 weeks). So - if you can’t catch the classes live, cos oh I dunno, the kids are using up all the wifi for a rice krispie bun making class on Zoom, never fear, we’ve got you.
