Team Andor Technology get a taste of Fitness Belfast for Mental Health Awareness Week 2023
It’s been a busy but super engaging Mental Health Awareness Week 2023 for us here at Fitness Belfast, and on Thursday, we were thrilled to host ‘taster’ sessions for our popular Tailored Wellness at Work Yoga Fundamentals, and Kickass Bootcamp programmes on-site at Andor Technology in Belfast.
Andor are global leaders in the development and manufacture of high performance scientific digital cameras, microscopy systems and spectrographs for academic, industrial and government applications, and their over 250 staff are based at a great location with amazing outdoor and indoor space at Springvale, Millennium Way.
We’re hoping to work together on a fuller programme of events in the coming weeks, but in order to allow the team to trial the different classes and give their feedback, we hosted two sessions for Mental Health Awareness Week 2023.
WHY WELLNESS AT WORK MATTERS
Attracting and retaining committed, happy, healthy employees is more important than ever for the success of every business. It’s also trickier than ever, and research shows that companies who are active in prioritising the health and wellbeing of their staff are winning.
WHAT CAN WELLNESS AT WORK BRING TO YOUR TEAM? Small CHANGES. BIG DIFFERENCE.
Whether at the office, #WFH, or both, our tailored Wellness at Work programmes can
Increase productivity
Increase energy
Boost mood to enjoy the working day
Incorporate more movement into the working day
Reduce aches and pains
Reduce anxiety and stress
Thanks again to the great team at Andor for hosting us, and look forward to working with you all again soon!
