The Northern Ireland Housing Executive is a statutory body with over 3000 employees, that provides, maintains, and manages over 160,000 social housing homes and for over 250,000 people all over NI. They offer a great package of financial, health, and work/life balance benefits to their team - even an Award Winning Online Yoga programme :)
We’ve worked with NIHE team, and designed a Yoga Fundamentals, beginner friendly yoga online programme, combining yoga, meditation and mobility training in a fun and mellow environment.
These sessions are designed to:
Decrease stress and increase mental well being within the workplace
Improve workforce camaraderie and sense of community
Increase postural awareness, strength and mobility
Build resistance to physical and mental fatigue
Highlight importance of “Taking 5” to improve productivity through better work rest balance.
