After becoming a sponsor and part of the coaching team last season, I’m thrilled to be involved again with Belfast Ravens this year.

I’m extremely proud of our deep rooted partnership with the Belfast Ravens - a club which mirrors the Fitness Belfast Studio ethos, and gives ample opportunity to first time footballers to enjoy the community and competitiveness of Northern Ireland Women's Football Association.⁣

The Fitness Belfast Studio is a home for yogis who wish to up their strength & fitness game, a home for gym buffs who want to explore more fluid & mindful practices, a home for Ravens to hone their fitness off the pitch and above all else, a welcoming home for first timers taking first steps to better physical & mental health.

Super proud to be involved with Belfast Ravens for another Northern Ireland Women's Football Association season! This is our fifth season of sponsorship, and for still a fairly new team, to have survived and thrived through COVID etc, AND added a third team! This Saturday, we are thrilled to be hosting TRX® Training Master Trainer & Educator Darren Dillon at the Fitness Belfast Studio to deliver an in person one day educational workshop: TRX for Football.

We’re a TRX studio, with our use of the trusty yellow and black strap system evolving from a standalone class when we opened in Jan 2020 (BC), to now becoming an integral part of our one-to-one Personal Training and our Small Group Personal Training: Kickass Bootcamp PLUS+. And as a sponsor of Northern Ireland Women's Football Association (NIWFA) Belfast Ravens, this workshop is a perfect fit for Fitness Belfast :)
