With the fresh new opening of the Fitness Belfast Studio, I almost forgot it’s #Veganuary! My favourite time of the year – I can pick up great vegan food basically EVERYWHERE!
Anyone who knows me knows that I’ve always been vegetarian – the only one growing up in a big family eating mostly peanut butter and rice krispies before I learnt to cook, and a few years ago, I decided to go vegan. Some of my clients, friends and family are veggie or vegan, some aren’t, and that’s also cool - it’s a personal choice.
