A SUNRISE WAKE-UP WALK, FOLLOWED BY FESTIVE YIN AND YANG YOGA PRACTICE
Hey clients, friends and wonderful people - we had such a good time this past few years, we’re doing it again!
Let's balance the necessity for overindulgence at your other festive events this Christmas with a good old fashioned sunrise walk around Belfast. Starting at the new Fitness Belfast Studio, we’ll travel along the Lagan towpath and onto the Titanic Slipway to the Great Light, followed by a festive yin & yang yoga flo back at the Fitness Belfast Studio.
On the day, festive (Santa suits 😉) attire is entirely encouraged as we begin our day together by enjoying a sunrise walk, with plenty of space to enjoy our beautiful early morning iconic Belfast scenery, chat to friends old and new, set intentions for the year ahead, take selfies obviously, and maybe even enjoy a few little festive challenges to keep us warm.
Finishing our walk with a quick pit stop at St Georges Market to pick up our festive sweet treats and, we will make our way back to the Fitness Belfast Studio, where we will enjoy a fiery yet grounding yin & yang yoga flow.
Bringing our day together to an end, we will enjoy some festive veggie light bites and bask in the glow that our early morning festivities have brought.
Please note that on the day, we will be collecting donations for the Perinatal Trust Fund (NI) - they help purchase medical and other equipment, support education and training of staff and support research into problems of newborn babies in the Regional Neonatal Unit, Royal Maternity Hospital, Belfast.

8am – Meet-up/roll call at Fitness Belfast Studio
8.30am – Warm up, and start walking
10.30/11am approx – return to Fitness Belfast Studio
11.15am – Yin & Yang yoga flo
12.15pm – Festive veggie light bites
