Back to School for Online Yoga Fundamentals with Education Authority + Fitness Belfast
Yep it’s that time of year, and we’re back to school for 6 weeks of Online Yoga Fundamentals with Education Authority Northern Ireland - EANI.
The Education Authority has responsibility for the provision and delivery of education and youth services in Northern Ireland, and our spring sessions, as well as our current autumn sessions, are open to all teaching staff, support staff in schools, all corporate staff... a lot!
After an awesome first round of working together in the spring time, we’re back with another 2 sessions per week of our Yoga Fundamentals 6 week online progressive programme. Inspired by our award winning programmes including our online BroFlo programme, our Vinyasa styled in studio Yoga for Beginners programme, and with a tailored approach specifically designed for the needs of EANI staff, who’ve been dealing with working from home, working on the front line in our schools, and everything in between over the last 18 months.
With detailed posture breakdowns & options for all levels, (beginners especially welcome!), participants aren’t going it alone, and are be able to gain structure, confidence, energy and have some fun from each of our sessions.
As importantly, the sessions are also designed to promote a chance to set up for, or decompress from, a busy, desk based working environment, and a sense of community amongst attendees, highlighting the importance of movement during their working day to improve their productivity through better work rest balance.
Education Authority + Fitness Belfast: Dedicated Online Content Hub
For the duration of the online programme, participants also have access to our Education Authority + Fitness Belfast: Dedicated Online Content Hub, housing:
