A wellbeing evening with Fitness Belfast & Stevie Chan Thrive Programme Coach
Friday 9th February 2024, 6 - 8.30pm at the Fitness Belfast Studio
We are thrilled to have Stevie Chan visit the Fitness Belfast Studio this February for this one-off free event. Stevie is an award winning coach, who has helped thousands of people transform their mental health through the use of counselling, hypnotherapy, and the Thrive Programme.
Alongside Stevie’s 20 years experience coaching, he has worked as relaxation consultant for the Southern Area Hospice, given lectures and workshops on cancer care, and pain management.
Format of the evening:
6 - 6.30pm: Arrive, have a chat, tea & buns.
6.30 - 7.30pm: The Journey to Mental Fitness - a talk, and Q&A with Stevie Chan, packed full of useful tips to take a positive approach to looking after your mental health.
7.30 - 8.30pm: Yoga For Positive Mental Health
A restorative yoga practice, packed full of useful tips as to how you might use yoga & regular movement to reduce feelings of anxiety, depression, and improve your mental health.
