Getting On Board with Team Translink for Online Yoga Fundamentals!

Of course you’ve heard of Translink – in charge of over 1400 coaches, buses and trains throughout Northern Ireland, providing 12,500 services every day, and doing 44 million miles per year! Phew!

So when the Health & Wellbeing team got in touch, we were thrilled to ‘Get On Board’ with their almost 3800 staff, and deliver our Online Yoga Fundamentals programme.

Our Yoga Fundamentals online progressive programme is inspired by our award winning BroFlo, our Vinyasa styled YogaFlo, and our chilllllled out Yin Yoga, and designed for those keen to increase their flexibility and mobility, feel more energised, improve their mental health, feel less stressed, get more sleep, and feel AWESOME!

It aims to:

  • Promote a chance to set up for, or decompress from, a busy, desk based working environment.

  • Promote a sense of community amongst attendees

  • Increase attendees postural awareness, improving their overall comfort

  • Build resistance to physical and mental fatigue

  • Highlight the importance of movement during their working day to improve their productivity through better work rest balance.

LIVE + CATCH UP Online resources with the Translink + Fitness Belfast Online Content Hub

Our weekly LIVE sessions were facilitated via Zoom, with the session recordings available afterwards to those who had missed a session, or wanted to repeat in their own time.

For the duration of the online programme, participants have access to a full set of online resources designed to complement their weekly LIVE session, on our bespoke Translink + Fitness Belfast Online Content Hub, including:
