OMG I’M A HEALTH & FITNESS AWARDS NI FINALIST!

Thank you Health and Fitness Awards NI for the best birthday present ever - naming me a finalist in two categories - Male Personal Trainer of the Year & Health and Fitness Class of the Year for BroFlo - Yoga for Guys!

Last time I won anything I was in P2 and won a Biff & Chip colouring book for drawing a picture of my teacher (who I think I fancied) so this is a pretty big deal for me! Joking aside, thank you #HAFASNI, and thank you to my gorgis family, friends and especially clients who support me on my birthday, and all year round.
