😃 I'm approaching 10 years as a personal trainer this Summer and I feel more excited, proud & grateful than ever to share with my clients my passions for exercise, yoga & good food. It’s super rewarding to head to work every day knowing I get to work with such a wide variety of enthusiastic folk keen to use my help to strike that balance of physical & mental health we all strive for.

I very rarely ask clients permission to film or higlight their journeys as I feel like my time is best served keeping them focused enough to complete that last set of press ups or hold that plank..... buuut I’ve been feeling a little more creative & maybe reflective this week & wanted to document some of what I have been up too. So, here’s a little snippet of some of my clients over this last few days 💪

Releasing hip & shoulder tension in preparation for some big Tennis matches this week with @vkborooah 🎾

Creating a more stable base with which to thrive on the golf course with Client John this week ⛳️

💪 @wilhelminayea adamant that I capture sound technique as she comfortably knocks out sets of 10 full press ups 💪💪

😋 Checking over client food diaries & pics & making myself super hungry in the process! HOW GOOD DOES THIS LOOK 😋😋😋
