WHO can attend Kickass Bootcamp PLUS+?
Kickass Bootcamp PLUS+ is for anyone curious about building strength & confidence with resistance training, whilst learning foundational Kettlebell & TRX suspension training methods. Especially those who might feel overwhelmed with where to start. All fitness levels are welcome, and lots of awesome options will be given ensuring everyone has a super fun workout each week.
WHAT happens at Kickass Bootcamp PLUS+?
Magic! 😂 At Kickass Bootcamp PLUS+ we combine Kickass Strength, Kickass Cardio & Kickass yoga moves with our fave Kettlebell, TRX & bodyweight moves. Expect to work hard yet leave feeling strong, supple & super chilled. oh and there’s usually some cheesy 90s beats to serenade you through.

Kickass Bootcamp PLUS+ takes place in the Fitness Belfast Studio, right on the corner of Ormeau Rd & Donegal Pass (CRI Building).
