π€ Check out this awesome little beginners flow that focuses on relieving strain in the back of thighs by exploring some deeply grounding breaths to find space.

π₯ Perfect as a grounding warm up to a longer flow or as a simple everyday mobility sequence to combat strain associated with sitting for long periods, lifting weights or running the roads.

π When practicing, focus on a deep grounding inhale that explores the entire body & a soft smooth exhale that calms a chattering mind and releases any physical tension. Take 3 to 5 breaths in each posture or transitioning between two in sequence.
